The MSCA Annual General Meeting will be held as an on-line ZOOM meeting this year, in order to give clubs which are distant from Winnipeg an opportunity to participate in the affairs of their association. The meeting will be held at 7:00PM on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 27th.
It will be necessary to send direct invitations with the ZOOM link to all who are interested in participating. ALL stick curlers are invited to attend. Clubs/Leagues are asked to advise who their voting representative will be. Names & email addresses for club reps and others interested in attending should be sent to manitobastick@gmail.com
Any notice of motion or proposal to amend the Constitution must be received at the same email address by end of business on Friday,October 11th. Nominations to the Board OR offers to volunteer as a committee or executive member are invited and should also be directed to the same email address.
Meeting details, agenda and related documents will be circulated by October 15th.
